  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The item should be free from stains, perfume, makeup, or any damage.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products returned after the 3-day return period.
  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged items.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Share your order number along with the reason for the return.
  3. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
